Deposit/ Cancellation Policy
We love to see all of our clients in the salon, but due to high demand for our appointments, we would like to politely inform you of the following policies,
Deposits - When booking an appointment with us we will be taking a non-refundable deposit either via Stripe or via the card machine. These deposits are held on account and will be deducted from the final bill in the salon. Please then follow the cancellation policy below, deposits will be transferred to another appointment if the cancellation policy is adhered too.
48 hours + notice - no charge, the deposit will be moved to a new appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice - deposit may be lost if an appointment can not be filled.
Less than 12 hours notice or no show - loss of deposit and you will be charged for the rest of the appointment before you can rebook.
We fully understand that circumstances change but as you can appreciate we are a business and we can't always fill the space at the last minute.
We endeavour to provide an efficient, flexible service at all times and appreciate your co-operation.
