When booking your appointment online here is a few helpful points.
1. If it shows NO appointments available please contact the salon direct, as we always do our best to fit you in.
2. Last minute appointments, if you are trying to book for the same day, please contact the salon if you don't receive a confirmation email .
3. Please use the note section to leave us any comments regarding your appointment.
4. Please note that someone has to confirm all online bookings so please be patient when waiting for a confirmation email.
Any other problems drop us an email or phone the salon direct.
We love to see all of our clients in salon, but due to a high demand for our appointments, we would like to politely inform you that the following cancellation policy will apply,
24 hours notice - 50% of appointment fee charged
12 hours or less/ No show - 100% of appointment fee charged
We fully understand that circumstances change but as you can appreciate we are a business and we cant always fill the space at last minute. This charge will need to be paid before we confirm any future appointments, we may also require a deposit up front for future appointments.
