My Passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service started in 2009 when I joined Virgin Atlantic as cabin crew. 7 amazing years with them coupled with 5 brilliant years at British Airways has allowed me to travel the world, experience the delights of different cultures, working with all varieties of wonderful people and working my way up to management level embracing the opportunity to learn my way around people management and becoming a role model and proud ambassador for our flag carrier.
Having always been in an environment where first impressions count as well as looking good at all times, along side having the opportunity to experience many spa treatments worldwide, I developed a new found love for beauty and holistic treatments. I trained at Pinewood studios for lashes and Delamar Academy at Ealing studios for make and hair for TV and Film. This then ricocheted into completing many diplomas in all aspects of beauty which I've now been doing successfully for 4 years.
I strive to intertwine all elements of customer service, passion for my work, an innate ability to bring a sense of calm and an experience you'll never forget into a days work.
I'm a big softie at heart and have a brother who has cerebral palsy and friends who have children with Autism - which has led to me to gain an insight and understanding and a love of being able to incorporate all aspects of this into my work - ensuring no one ever feels excluded.
I moved to MK a year ago and whilst I have worked in other salons, its taken meeting Zoe and the girls at GlamouriZe to finally find my second home. I look forward to embarking on an exciting journey here and meeting as many of you as possible.
